These **JELADO 301EXX 'Age of Longing' Black Tag** jeans are a special edition of the highly coveted 301 model, celebrated among denim enthusiasts.

Crafted to commemorate JELADO's 15th anniversary, this model differs from currently available 301 models in new and used markets.

This **special denim** is the result of deconstructing and analyzing vintage XX models, particularly the popular early 1947 model, with a fresh approach. JELADO sampled an actual vintage size 32 to meticulously recreate the silhouette of that era.

Key vintage details are faithfully reproduced, including:
* Leather patch
* Single-sided selvedge tab
* Long side stitches
* Thick belt loops (similar to the "Big E" models)
* Coin pocket positioned lower than standard
* Generously proportioned back pockets

The interior of the pockets is embroidered with the **'LASTRESORT' black tag**.

The inseam is sewn with triple-stitched construction to encourage strong "atari" (fades). Attention has been paid to replicating the original construction techniques, such as the relaxed seams on the back yoke and the offset waistband to relieve tension, capturing the intent behind these vintage design choices.

JELADO's commitment to vintage authenticity is evident in the use of their original plated steel buttons, single-sided rayon tabs, copper original rivets, and horse leather patches where printing variations occur naturally, reflecting the character of the original pieces.

This **Black Tag series** diverges from the White Tag approach, focusing intensely on the tactile feel and deep color of vintage denim. The warp yarn was specifically created and dyed to match the rich, natural hue of the targeted vintage denim, which was a deeper, more natural white than standard.

This distinct dyeing process, different from the original Last Resort, alters the rope dyeing process, the order of dyeing, and ultimately the final color and weight. This results in a deeper navy color with stronger texture and unevenness compared to the original 15oz Last Resort.

While the overall fit resembles the 47501, it has been refined to better suit Asian body types. The unique JELADO fabric imparts a distinct feel.

EXX모델입니다.

15주년 기념으로 특별히 제작되었다고 하여
현재 중고 및 새제품 판매되는 301과 다른
모델입니다.

역대 XX 모델 중에서도 가장 인기가 높은
47년 초기 모델을 복각한 제라도의 Age of
Longing Black Tag 301EXX 입니다.

빈티지 XX를 해체, 분석하여 새로운 접근법
으로 제작한 스페셜 데님으로 제라도가 소유한
실제32사이즈의 빈티지를 샘플링하여 당시의
실루엣을 재현하였습니다.

레더패치, 단면 탭, 긴 사이드 스티치, 대전
모델과 같은 두꺼운 벨트 루프 등 연대 판별
요소와 코인 포켓이 일반적인 높이보다 낮게
위치해 있거나 넉넉하게 여유를 준 백포켓의
시접 등

개체의 특징적인 디테일 또한 재현하였으며
포켓 내부에는 'LASTRESORT' 블랙 태그를
수 놓았습니다.

인심은 세번의 행정으로 봉제하여 강한 아타리
(퍼커링)가 나오며 백요크의 시접을 느슨하게
하거나 허리 밴드 길이를 앞뒤로 어긋나게 하여
텐션을 경감 시키는 당시의 고안과 그 의도를
파악하여 봉제하며 재현하였습니다.

리바이스가 생각하는 핏, 가능하면 실을 끊지
않는 봉제 등 당시 발상을 담았습니다.

버튼은 철제를 도금한 제라도의 오리지널 버튼을
사용하였으며 단면 레이온 탭, 코퍼 오리지널 리벳,
표면이 거칠어 인쇄가 잘 되지 않고 개체 차이가
발생하는 홀스 레더 패치 등 으로 제작하였습니다.

첫 착용은 단단하게 느껴지실 수 있지만 2회 3회
부터는 원단의 늘어남과 부드러움을 즐기실 수
있습니다.

Dead Stock을 분해하여 면섬유 길이, 실 굵기와
꼬임 횟수 등 모든 면에서 완벽하게 재현하기 위해
노력한 결과 데님의 명가 '제라도'의 이름에 걸맞는
최고의 데님을 탄생시켰습니다.

이번 Black Tag 시리즈는 White Tag과는 다른
접근 방식으로 거친 질감을 가진 빈티지 데님을
선정하여 감촉과 색감에 집중하였고 더욱 깊은 멋을
내는 복각에 초점을 두었습니다.

타깃으로 한 빈티지의 위사는 깨끗한 흰색이 아닌
좀 더 천연에 가까운 진한 빛을 가지고 있었고
이 색의 깊이에 맞춰서 원사를 제작한 후 염색하여
원단을 제작하기로 했습니다.

White Tag의 Last Resort와는 다른 염색 공정
으로 제작을 하였고 염색 공정에 따라 로프의 높이나
염색의 순서 등이 달라지기 때문에 최종적인 색감과
무게 또한 달라지게 되어 기존 Last Resort는 다른
15oz의 더 강한 요철감과 진한 네이비 컬러로 완성
되었습니다.

기본적인 느낌은 47501의 느낌의 핏과 비슷하나
아시아의 체형에 더 잘 맞춘느낌이 있습니다.

또한 원단이 제라도의 특별한 원단이기에 아무래도
그 느낌이 다릅니다.
