This release features the final performance held at Osaka-jo Hall on March 21, 2016.

Disc 2 includes the 'YELLOW VOYAGE TOUR DOCUMENTARY'. This documentary follows Hoshino Gen throughout the 13 performances of the tour, capturing not only the live concert atmosphere but also his experiences in each city visited.
