The Blaster is sealed and has not been opened; the Blaster tape has not been touched.

My father received the package and, out of curiosity, opened the outer box. Unfortunately, there is some tearing on the box (please refer to photos 8 and 9).

Those who are sensitive about the box condition should refrain from purchasing.
