## Custom Handmade Nail Tips Commission

**Process:**
1. Submit your commission request form.
2. Receive price quote and proceed with secure payment.
3. Design draft will be provided for review and revisions. (Please note: We cannot replicate existing nail designs from other shops).
4. Production begins.
5. Progress photos will be sent.
6. Shipping.

**Important Notes:**
* Due to the 100% custom nature of these products, refunds are not possible for sizing errors or change of mind once production has started. Refunds are also not available for shipping delays or issues during transit.
* As these are handmade items, slight variations from sample designs may occur.
* Color may appear differently due to monitor resolution differences.
* Production typically takes around 4 weeks. If you have a deadline, please request expedited processing. Refunds are not possible due to deadlines.
* Production begins only after payment confirmation.
* All completed works may be publicly showcased as samples. To keep your design private, an additional fee of ₩5,000 applies.
* Upon completion, a final image of the work will be sent. For complex designs, a draft can be provided beforehand upon request.

* CU Convenience Store Shipping (Ggiri): ₩2,000
* Standard Shipping (Guaranteed next month arrival): ₩4,000

**Order Form:**
1. 1-4 photos of the desired design or character.
2. Desired shape and nail sizes (e.g., Left: 1,5,5,5,10 / Right: 1,5,5,6,10).
3. Additional requests or details.

* Rush order (within 24 hours): 2x order price

* 3-week expedited processing: ₩6,000

**Nail Tip Pricing:**
* **Daily Type (₩30,000):** Focuses on character colors, suitable for everyday wear.
* **Embellishment Focus Type (₩30,000 - ₩35,000):** Uses character-themed embellishments.
* **Glamorous Type (₩35,000 - ₩40,000):** Features embossing, detailed drawings, and intricate work.
