- If ordering for your original character and you allow the use of it as a sample, a 0.05 discount will be applied.

- Due to high demand, we can only accept a limited number of orders.

- In the event that work cannot be completed, a full refund will be provided. If the order is canceled before production begins, a full refund is possible. If the production period extends beyond the initially agreed-upon two weeks, a partial refund will be issued.

- If there are many orders ahead of you, there may be a waiting period before production begins. Refunds are available until production commences.
