Please read the following important information before inquiring about a purchase.

- Please note that price negotiation requests outside of the stated discount will not be entertained, and we will be unable to provide responses to such inquiries.
- Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices. If shipping is not paid, the item will be sent cash on delivery.
- Shipping fees have increased: ¥4,000 for general shipping, ¥6,000 for Jeju Island and remote areas.
- We use CJ 대한통운 for shipping, so services like half-price delivery are not available.

- As this is a used item, there may be signs of use, scratches, fading, minor stains, or smudges. There may also be small, unverified defects. Therefore, exchanges or refunds due to these reasons will be difficult. We kindly ask that sensitive buyers refrain from purchasing.

- Exchanges or refunds will not be provided for reasons such as incorrect sizing, except for significant defects. Please compare the measurements with clothing you own that fits well before making a purchase.
- Measurements are provided in the photos. Please stop inquiring about measurements. If you swipe through the photos, you will see the full image. Please refer to the registered measurement photos and the size chart on the tag.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer advice on sizing or provide additional measurement photos.

- If you purchase two or more items from our store priced over ¥20,000, shipping will be free.
- If you purchase three or more items priced over ¥20,000, an additional discount of ¥3,000 will be applied from the third item onwards (discounts do not apply to items priced under ¥20,000 and are non-negotiable).

- Secure payment is available. Please proceed with payment directly instead of inquiring about payment availability.

- Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next business day via CJ 대한통운.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be consolidated and shipped on the following business day. Please be patient regarding shipping registration and tracking numbers.
