**Services Offered:**

* **Cell Balancing:** If your battery fails to reach full charge voltage or your riding range has decreased, we perform precise cell balancing down to two decimal places (refer to the third image for details).
* **Cell Repair or BMS Replacement:** For issues such as power cut during riding or the unit not turning on.
* **Cell Refill:** If your current battery capacity is unsatisfactory.
* **Cell Replacement:** We build new battery packs using new cells within your existing battery case. This service is ideal for older batteries with significantly diminished capacity.
* **Custom Power Banks and Battery Packs:** We can create custom power banks and battery packs based on your voltage and capacity requirements (consultation required).
* **Battery Pack Case Manufacturing:** We also offer custom cases for battery packs, including options for charge/discharge terminals, battery level indicators, and switches (consultation required).

**Process:**

1. **Receipt and Inspection:** After receiving your battery pack via courier, we will inspect it, explain the necessary repairs, and proceed with the service.
2. **Testing and Documentation:** All repairs include cell balancing and discharge test results, which will be attached and sent to you.
3. **On-site Service:** If your battery pack cannot be removed, we offer on-site repair services. We prioritize on-site repairs, but if it's not feasible, we will collect the unit, repair it, and return it upon completion.
