[BUNJANG] Simgyeong Zubon Handwritten Copy / 심경부주 필사본

A handwritten copy of the Simgyeong Zubon, a representative Confucian text. This book contains 'Simgyeong', a Neo-Confucian self-cultivation text compiled by Zhu Xi during China's Song Dynasty. Ming Dynasty scholar Jeong In-jeong added annotations and supplementary explanations, creating the Simgyeong Zubon.

This book, which details methods for governing the mind and cultivating oneself, deeply influenced Joseon Dynasty scholars.

The preface by Jeong Min-jeong, dated the 5th year of Hongchi (1492), is located at the beginning of the volume. The postscript by Yi Hwang, dated the 45th year of Jiajing (1566), is at the end. This is a handwritten copy in good condition.
