This is a sealed, new My Melody figure. The outer box has slight crushing due to storage, but the product inside has never been opened.

There are signs of the box having been opened previously, but this was done by the importer due to expiration concerns regarding the original contents (candy/gum) rather than by me after purchase. The candy/gum was removed during import due to expiration dates.

This is an official product purchased from AK Plaza.
