This is an authentic Re:Zero Glitter & Glamours figure featuring Ram in an "Another Color" variation.

**Product Condition:**

* **Opened Product:** The item has been opened. The included parts and components are as shown in the pictures. Unless otherwise specified, the seller considers it to be in good condition from their perspective. Please refer to the photos as personal perceptions may vary. The seller may not be sensitive to minor scratches or defects; please examine the photos carefully. Any confirmed significant defects will be noted.
* **Used Items:** Recommended for buyers with a good understanding of pre-owned collectibles. Issues such as signs of use, minor scratches, loose joints, or the common 'stickiness' in older figures may be present and are not grounds for refund, as these are characteristics of used goods. Uploaded items will have any discovered issues disclosed, but please allow for the possibility of oversight.
* **Unopened Product:** Defects and manufacturer errors ( 공뎀 ) have not been checked. Products with double tape (or double seals) are treated as unopened (new) if the internal plastic remains sealed. Some prize figures from certain companies may only have bubble wrap packaging, even when new.
* **Unopened/Unused:** Additional authentication is not possible. If you wish to know the internal condition of an unopened product, please request that the box be opened and the contents shipped separately.
* **Gacha (Capsule, Shokugan):** Gacha items may have manufacturer defects or paint inconsistencies, which are not considered defects by the manufacturer and thus not grounds for return.
* **Shokugan (Candy Toys):** Please DO NOT consume any included food items (candies, gums, etc.). These are often removed but may be present if shipped sealed.

**Shipping & Handling:**

* This transaction is handled via courier, implying agreement to the terms of shipping without explicit damage claims pre-shipment. The seller will ensure thorough packaging and prompt dispatch.
* If you are concerned about shipping damage, please record an unboxing video from the arrival of the courier box to the unpacking of the item. This video can be used to negotiate with the courier service. Refunds or resolutions cannot be provided with only photos of damage without proof of unboxing.
* Shipping to Jeju Island is not available.
* We strongly recommend that only those with a deep understanding of pre-owned item characteristics make a purchase.

**Box Condition:**

* Box condition is visible in the photos. Older products may have boxes in less than perfect condition. Items are primarily sourced from physical stores in Japan rather than online shops, which may result in barcode stickers, minor dents from display, or damage/dents to the box during transit back to Korea.
