[BUNJANG] Master Lee Chun-kyu Celadon Teapot / 명장 해림이춘규선생 -진사다관/

This is a celadon teapot crafted by the renowned Master Lee Chun-kyu (1936~), a distinguished ceramic artist. He is the second-generation successor to the legacy of the human cultural asset Lee Im-jun (1904-1968), known as the last master potter of the Joseon Dynasty.

**Artist Biography:**
* Born in Seoul in 1936.
* Master's degree from Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Management and Administration.
* Worked at the National Museum of Korea, Art Research Institute since 1955.
* Studied under ceramic artist Lee Im-jun since 1957.
* Established and operated Shinheung Yo-up Sa in Hapcheon, Gyeongnam in 1962.
* Established Haerim Art Ceramic Research Institute in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province in 1981, operating to this day.

**Exhibitions:**
* 1976: Solo Exhibition - Midopa Gallery
* 1978: Featured in the "50 Years of Korean Art in America" exhibition.
* 1982: Held an exhibition for designated ceramic craft companies - Jinhwa Gallery.
* 1986: Commemorative Exhibition for the 40th Anniversary of the Osaka Donghwa Newspaper, Japan.
* 2001: Regular Exhibition in Tokyo, Japan.

**Awards:**
* Special Award at the Danwon Art Festival.
* 1981: Selected for the 6th Jeonseung Craft Exhibition.
* 1983: Encouragement Award at the 8th Jeonseung Craft Exhibition.
* 1985: Special Award at the Gyeonggi Province Folk Craft Competition.
