This is a Japanese brand ribbon dot blouse.
It features ribbons on the neckline and sleeves.
It's also adorned with frills on the chest and hem for a cute look.

Please note that buttons are missing from the top and bottom parts, as shown in the 4th and 5th photos. You will need to reattach them as there are no spare buttons.
I wore it without the buttons, and it was not very noticeable. The bottom part created a flared silhouette, which I was quite satisfied with.

4,5번째 사진과 같이 제일 윗 부분과 가장 밑에 두 부분에 단추가 빠져 있습니다.. 여분 단추가 없어서 새로 달아주셔야 할 것 같아요
저는 단추 없이 그냥 착용했어요 티도 잘 안 나고 밑 부분은 바선생 핏처럼 연출되어서 더 만족했습니다
