The angular, octagonal body is a striking element, enhanced by a subtle celadon glaze and intricate crackling (bingnyeol) that adds depth and character.

The base bears a clear relief inscription of 'Bonghwa (奉華)', signifying the Bonghwajeon, the imperial palace exclusively for Goryeo royalty, underscoring its significant collector's value and display potential.
