**Frame:** No defects, no dents, no scratches. Any dust or yellow residue is superficial and easily removable, not rust. Noted as a preventative measure, there may be minor imperfections in unobserved areas.

**Wheels:** Slight wobble observed, but does not affect riding performance.

**Condition:** Bar tape has scuffs due to a fall. Rear tire appears detached. Chain has dust and minor rust. Recommend a full inspection.
