This is an unsealed, displayed Toru Amuro "Hugcot Cable Keeper" figure from Detective Conan.

Please refer to the images for condition details:
- There is chipping on the side of the hair.
- There is a dot mark on the front bangs (this was present upon purchase).

Due to the nature of the figure being attached to cables, minor paint wear on the hands is not considered a defect as it is often hidden when in use.
