### Material and Craftsmanship:
This tote bag begins with carefully selected North American Steerhide (Stirhide). First, chrome tanning ensures durability, followed by a vegetable tannin re-tanning process ('Combination Tanning') to maximize the leather's inherent softness and elasticity.

The leather surface is then treated with a special wax and embossed under high temperature and pressure using an intricate crocodile-patterned mold. The final, crucial step involves skilled artisans manually polishing the wax and adjusting the luster to achieve the deep, three-dimensional 'Antique Croco' texture seen in the images.

모든 공정을 일본 내에서 진행하며 지퍼나 고리 같은 작은 금속 부품 까지 독자적으로 설계하는 집요한 장인 정신을 자랑합니다.

이 토트백의 가죽 공정은 엄선된 북미산 소가죽(스테어하이 드)을 바탕으로 시작되는데, 먼저 크롬으로 무두질하여 내구 성을 확보한 뒤 다시 식물성 탄닌으로 재무두질하는 '콤비네 이션 태닝'을 거쳐 가죽 고유의 부드러움과 탄력을 극대화합 니다. 이후 가죽 표면에 특수 왁스를 바르고 정교한 악어 문양 금형으로 고온·고압의 엠보싱 작업을 수행하여 패턴을 각인 하며, 마지막 단계에서 숙련된 장인이 수작업으로 왁스를 닦 아내고 광택을 조절하는 피니싱 작업을 통해 이미지처럼 깊이 있고 입체적인 '앤티크 크로코' 질감을 완성하는 것이 핵심입 니다.
