**Condition:**
These loafers were purchased last year from the Palio store. They have been regularly maintained with professional shoe care, ensuring the tassels remain in excellent condition and the heel is still robust. The loafers feature beautiful creasing, indicative of quality wear.

**Notes on Condition:**
* **Soles:** There are remnants of a self-applied Vibram sole protector that was removed; this does not affect wearability.
* **Leather Imperfections:** The 8th image shows a slight impression, possibly fixable with professional shoe care. The 9th image highlights a natural variation in Alden's Burgundy leather, not a scratch or blemish.

**Complimentary Item:**
A jar of Cordovan shoe cream is included as a service. The Burgundy color is particularly rare and is included due to limited stock.
