This is ZARD's first selection album, initially promoted with the tagline "Summer Best Album." While often perceived as their first best-of compilation, it's officially a curated selection focused on summer themes, preceding the first official best-of album, "ZARD BEST The Single Collection."

Initially, singles like 'Don't you see!' and 'Nemurenai Yoru wo Daite' were planned for inclusion but were unexpectedly changed, leading to their absence from later original albums.

This edition features remastered tracks, with several remixed by Michael Brauer at Izumi Sakai's request. The vocals for the debut song, 'Good-bye My Loneliness,' are newly recorded for this release.

**Condition:** The white case shows some signs of use consistent with its age, but is in generally good condition considering its release date.

ZARD 최초의 셀렉션 앨범으로 발매된 작품.
발매 당시의 TV스포트에서는 「서머 베스트 앨범」이라고 하는 캐치카피가 붙어 있었기 때문에, 일반적으로는 첫 베스트 앨범이라는 인식이 있지만, 첫 공식 베스트앨범은 ZARD BEST The Single Collection 궤적이어서 어디까지나 이번 작품은 여름을 주제로 선곡된 셀렉션 앨범으로 자리매김했다.
처음에는 'Don't you see!'네가 보고 싶어지면 수록 앨범이 예정돼 있었다가 갑작스럽게 변경된 바 있다. 그 때문에 이 2작의 싱글은 후의 오리지날 앨범으로는 미수록이 되었다.
전곡이 리마스터링 되고 있으며 몇 곡이 마이클 브라우어 등에 의해서 리믹스 되었다.
마이클 브라우어에의 믹스 의뢰는, 사카이 이즈미의 희망에 의한 것이다.
데뷔곡 'Good-bye My Loneliness'의 보컬은 새로 녹음된 음원이다.
