These are the premium LX version, representing the top tier of Vans footwear, comparable to the older Vault line.
The material is duck canvas, a thick, heavy-duty fabric commonly used in workwear. It develops natural fading with wear and is highly durable, almost tear-proof. The shoes will develop a natural, worn-in aesthetic over time.
A 0.5mm sponge insole has been added to the inside of the shoe for enhanced comfort and fit.
