This is a set of two ballpoint pens featuring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, purchased at Tokyo DisneySea.

Acquired during the 2014 Christmas season at Tokyo DisneySea.

The pens depict Mickey and Minnie smiling brightly in charming winter attire, making them very cute and lovely.
Minnie's right hand even has a small loop attached.

As this was a seasonal merchandise item, it is now a rare, discontinued collectible.
