**Regions with Shipping Limitations:**

1. **Jeju Province:**
* Entire Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
* Additional charges apply beyond the basic shipping fee due to air and sea transport.

2. **Island Areas of Jeollanam-do:**
* Shinan-gun: Including islands like Heuksando, Hongdo, Gageodo, etc.
* Wando-gun: Including islands like Cheongsando, Soando, Noahdo, etc.
* Jindo-gun: Including areas like Jodo-myeon.
* Yeosu-si: Including islands like Geumodo, Hahwado, Sanghwaydo, etc.

3. **Island Areas of Gyeongsangnam-do:**
* Tongyeong-si: Including islands like Yokjido, Sangyido, Yeonhwado, etc.
* Geoje-si: Including islands like Oedo, Naedo.

4. **Island Areas of Incheon Metropolitan City:**
* Ongjin-gun: Including islands like Baengnyeongdo, Daecheongdo, Yeonpyeongdo, Deokjeokdo, Jawoldo, etc.
* Ganghwa-gun: Including islands like Gyodongdo, Seokmodo, etc.

5. **Mountainous Areas of Gyeongsangbuk-do:**
* Ulleung-gun: Including Ulleungdo and Dokdo.

6. **Mountainous Areas of Gangwon-do:**
* Pyeongchang-gun, Jeongseon-gun, Inje-gun, Hwacheon-gun, Yanggu-gun, Goseong-gun, and certain other areas.
