Introducing the Reworked Euro Denim Pants from SEVEN BY SEVEN.

These pants have never been worn and have only been stored in a closet.

This piece is constructed from disassembled 1970s European vintage denim, reconfigured into a new silhouette. The design retains the characteristic markings of vintage denim, such as natural honeycombs and knee fading. Designer details are added with contrasting color accents on the back pockets, distressed and repaired details near the front pockets, and different colored fabrics used for some of the belt loops.

Notably, the fabric feel and color unique to European denim, distinct from typical American vintage denim brands like Levi's, Lee, and Wrangler, are impressive. As vintage fabric is used, the fading and color vary for each individual piece, making each pair unique. The appeal of owning one-of-a-kind denim pants was the reason for purchase.

1970년대 전후의 유럽 빈티지 데님을 해체한 뒤 새로운 실루엣의 팬츠로 재구성한 제품으로 알고 있습니다.

기존 데님에 자연스럽게 자리 잡은 허니콤과 무릎 페이딩 등 빈티지 특유의 흔적을 그대로 살렸으며 백 포켓의 배색과 전면 포켓 근처의 데미지와 리페어 디테일, 그리고 일부 벨트 루프에 서로 다른 색감의 원단을 사용해 디자이너성 디테일을 더했습니다.

특히 리바이스, 리, 랭글러로 대표되는 일반적인 미국 빈티지 데님과는 다른 유럽 데님 특유의 원단감과 색감이 인상적입니다. 빈티지 원단을 사용하기 때문에 페이딩과 컬러가 개체마다 모두 달라 동일한 제품이 존재하지 않는 제품입니다. 세상에 하나뿐인 데님팬츠를 소유한다는 감각이 마음에 들어 구매했던 제품입니다.
