Products with double-tape seals are considered unopened (new condition) if the inner plastic remains intact. Some prize figures may only have bubble wrap packaging, even when new. Returns for internal defects on unopened items are not possible. If you wish to inspect the internal condition, please request to have the box opened and the contents shipped separately.
* **Gacha (Capsule, Shokugan):** Minor factory defects or paint inconsistencies are common with gacha-type items and are not considered defects by manufacturers.
* **Food Items:** If food items (candy, gum, etc.) are included with Shokugan (food-included toys), please **DO NOT CONSUME THEM**. They are often removed before shipping but may be included if the item is sent sealed.

**Shipping & Returns:**

* Shipping is via courier, and agreement to the 'damage waiver' clause is assumed. The seller will ensure thorough packaging and prompt dispatch.
* If you are concerned about potential shipping damage, please record a video from the arrival of the shipping box to the unboxing process. This can assist in claims with the courier. Claims without proper video evidence will be difficult to resolve.
* Shipping to Jeju Island is not available.
* All sales are final upon payment and commencement of packaging. No refunds or cancellations are possible after packaging begins, as the shipping label is already affixed and retrieval of the item would incur significant logistical and time costs.
