This is the 6th original album from ONE OK ROCK, released approximately 1 year and 5 months after their previous work, "Zankyo Reference." The album includes the singles 'The Beginning,' 'Deeper Deeper,' and 'Nothing Helps.'

Released in two versions: Limited Edition and Standard Edition. The Limited Edition features a secret track (noit track) and a special package with a DVD containing documentary footage of the studio sessions for 'The Beginning' and 'the same as...'

The title "Jinseiboku=" represents Taka's life theme and equation. He stated that by making this the album title, they made a declaration of intent, and that they attached it without pretension as they move forward in life with that resolution.

Taka reflected that after suppressing the speed, velocity, and explosiveness from "Niche Syndrome" and "Zankyo Reference," they were able to comfortably present intense sounds in this work. He described this album as one where they could finally express themselves freely.

B'z guitarist Takahiro Matsumoto selected this album as one of his 'Favorite Albums of the Year' in a magazine, commenting, 'Japan has finally produced a rock band like them. The vocals, performance, and songwriting are all brilliant.'

​전작 「잔향 레퍼런스」로부터, 약 1년 5개월만이 되는 오리지날 6집 앨범.
싱글부터는 'The Beginning', 'Deeper Deeper', 'Nothing Helps' 세 곡이 수록됐다.
초회한정반과 통상반 전2종으로 발매되었으며 초회한정반에는 시크릿트랙(놀이트랙)이 수록되어 있다. 또, 초회한정반은 「DVD 첨부 초회한정 스페셜 패키지」로, DVD에는 「The Beginning」과「the same as...」의 스튜디오 세션의 모양이 문서 무비로 수록되어 있다. 
타이틀 「인생×나=」는 Taka의 인생의 테마·방정식이며, 그것을 「앨범의 타이틀로 하는 것으로 결의표명을 하고, 그 결의와 함께 남은 인생을 걸어가면서, 이상하게 폼을 잡지 않고 붙였다.」라고 말하고 있다. 또 Taka는 "전작 『Niche 신드롬』에서 속도와 속도감과 폭발력을 기억하고, 전작 『잔향 레퍼런스』에서 그것들을 참고 참았고, 이번 작품에서는 격렬한 소리를 기분 좋게 들려줄 수 있었다"고 느꼈으며, 이번 작품은 "이제야 자유롭게 표현할 수 있었던 앨범"이라고 말했다.
B'z의 마츠모토 타카히로가 잡지에서 「아티스트가 선택하는 금년의 명반」의 하나로서 본작을 선택했으며. 일본도 그들과 같은 Rock Band가 나오게 됐죠. 노래, 연주, 악곡 모두 훌륭하다.'라고 코멘트했다.
