**Rental Details:**
* **Rental Fee:** ₩12,000
* **Security Deposit:** ₩5,000
* **Booking:** Please contact us at least 2-3 days in advance to check availability for your desired photo date. Message '메롱롱' after entering the 5th floor of the building for faster processing.
* **Fit:** The costume is designed for a very comfortable and roomy fit.
* **Condition:** Gently used and loved by many!

**Return Policy:**
* Please return the costume via Korea Post Express Mail (우체국택배) on the same day you wear it. Convenience store shipping is not permitted.
* **Late Fee:** ₩6,000 per day. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate any delays.
* **Responsibility:** You are responsible for any damages, stains, tears, or loss of the costume. Repair or replacement costs will be charged.
* **Delivery Issues:** We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend standard Korea Post Express Mail over convenience store package services, as they can sometimes take over a week.

**Cancellation Policy:**
* Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of booking (after payment completion).
* Refunds will be issued excluding the security deposit for cancellations within the 24-hour window.

하루 연체비는 6000원이고 연체 예정일 경우에는 꼭 미리 문의 주세요!
본인 과실로 인해 다음 예약자분들께서 배송을 받지 못하는 경우, 모든 책임 부담하셔야 합니다.

택배사 사정으로 인한 배송 지연 및 미배달은 책임지지 않습니다.
그래서 반택 보다는 일반 택배(우체국 택배)를 추천드립니다!
(반택은 일주일 넘게 걸리는 경우도 있더라구요😱)

오염, 이염, 파손, 분실 시 수리비 또는 물품 비용 청구합니다.
