**Sizing:**
The costume is designed to be adjustable using Velcro and straps, minimizing size concerns. Available sizes are:
* **XS:** Up to 155cm
* **S:** 155cm - 165cm
* **L:** 165cm - 180cm
* **XL:** 180cm+ or for a larger build

**Rental Process:**
1. **Inquiry:** Please contact us via DM with your desired rental date, quantity, sizes, and return date.
2. **Confirmation:** Once payment is confirmed, your rental is secured.
3. **Delivery:** We use Korea Post for delivery, ensuring you receive the costume at least one day before your photoshoot. (Please inform us if you are in a remote island or mountainous area.)
4. **Refunds:** Full refunds are not available after payment and dispatch.

**Return Process:**
* Returns must be shipped and registered before the post office's closing time (typically between 4 PM and 5:30 PM).
* We will provide the return address via DM on the morning of your photoshoot.
* Ship the item back using prepaid postage and send us the tracking number.
* **Late Return Fee:** A penalty of ₩10,000 per item, per day will be charged if the return is not registered by the post office's cutoff time on the return date, or if the return is attempted after closing.
* **Extension Fee:** If same-day return is difficult due to school or other schedules, please arrange for an extension at the time of booking for a fee of ₩1,000 per item, per day. You can also arrange for parcel pickup via the Korea Post website.

**Express Shipping (Quick):**
If time is short and courier delivery is needed, 'Quick' service is available. Prices vary by location; please inquire with your specific area.

**Important Notes:**
* Korea Post aims for next-day delivery, but we are not liable for delays due to postal service errors. In such cases, refunds are difficult, and no responsibility will be held for late returns or lost items.
* We practice one-item-one-wash policy. However, during peak seasons, items may be sent directly from one renter to another without an intervening wash, with prior notification.

※ 사이즈
사이즈는 네 개로 나눠 구분하고 있습니다. 의상 자체가 벨크로, 끈, 벨트를 통해 몸에 맞춰 입을 수 있기 때문에 사이즈에 크게 구애받지 않습니다. 따라서 사이즈는 크게 고민하지 않으셔도 된다는 말씀 드립니다!

※ 예약 방법
촬영날짜, 갯수, 사이즈, 반납 가능 일자 확인 후 DM 문의 주시면 됩니다. 결제 후 예약이 확정되며, 우체국 택배 이용해 아무리 늦어도 촬영 전날 수령 가능하게 보내드립니다. (도서산간지역의 경우 미리 말씀해 주세요!) 택배 발송 후 전액 환불 불가입니댜!

※반납 방법
우체국은 마감 시간이 모두 18시지만, 각각 우체국마다 빠르면 16시, 늦으면 17:30분에 당일 출발 접수 마감을 하게 됩니다.
반납은 반드시 접수 마감이 되기 전에 접수하셔야 합 다 . 촬영 당일 오전 중 반납 주소를 디엠으로 보내드리고 , 촬영 후 우체국 택배 선불 반납 후 운송장 보내주시면 됩니다. 미리 일자 추가 없이 당일에 반납이 접수되지 않거나, 당일 마감 후 접수될 경우 하루당, 벌당 '+10,000원'의 위약금이 부과됩니다.

늦은 하교 시간, 학원 일정 등으로 당일 반납이 어려울 경 우 예약 전에 미리 말해 주시면 하루당, 벌당 +1,000원의 일자 추가 비용이 있습니다. 예약시 미리 말씀해 주시면 연체료 낼 걱정 없겠죠!?우체국 방문 자체가 어려우신 경우 우체국 홈페이지에서 방문 수거 신청이 가능합니다 :) 신청하시면 다음날 아침 기사님이 수거하시니, 일자추가 하시고 수거신청하면 됩니다

※ 우체국은 익일 배송을 원칙으로 하나 우체국의 과실로 인해 익일 배송이 이뤄지지 않을 경우 환불이 어려우며, 같은 이유로 반납시 익일 배송이 이뤄지지 않거나 상품이 누락,분실 될 경우 구매자에게 책임을 묻지 않습니다. 또 한 저희 샵은 1대여 1세탁을 지키고 있지만, 대여가 몰릴 경우 세탁이 되지 않았음에 대해 미리 양해를 구하고 부득이하게 대여자 - 대여자 간에 택배를 주고 받을 수 있습니다.
