The Sham Bing feels wider and thicker than the Mang Bing, and larger in hand.
Upon closer inspection, the thickness is the same, but the Mang Bing holds its shape better, making the width difference more apparent.
The Sham Bing has a more buttery texture, while the Mang Bing is soft and buttery.
Condition: No defects, no packaging issues, no dust.
Initially, I considered selling them separately, but they are both so good that I plan to sell them only as a bundle set for now.
