This is an Herve Leger weaving pattern skirt.

I purchased this skirt internationally with the intention of having it altered to fit, as it was the last one available. Unfortunately, the alteration shop deemed it too difficult to modify, so I was unable to wear it.

Online research suggests the original US retail price was $890. I acquired it for slightly less than 300,000 KRW.

This item is new, but the tags have been removed. It has been stored folded, which may make it appear creased in photos, but the material itself is not prone to wrinkling or creasing.
