These are handmade nail tips created upon order.

* **Production Time:** Approximately 3-5 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). We strive to ship within 48 hours of your order.
* We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates.

## How to Order:

Please provide your desired tip shape and nail sizes (ring size) for XS/S/M/L or custom measurements.

* If both hands have the same sizes, you can list them once. For different sizes, please specify for each hand.
* **Example:**
* Tip Shape: Short Almond
* Left Hand: 2 / 5 / 4 / 6 / 8
* Right Hand: 3 / 5 / 5 / 6 / 8

## Sizing Guide:

* Measure the widest part of your natural nail.
* If your size is between options, we recommend choosing the larger size.
* For nails with a strong C-curve, please select a size with extra room.
* Please measure both hands for accurate sizing.

* **Custom Order Policy:** Due to the nature of 1:1 custom orders, exchanges or refunds due to measurement errors or change of mind are not possible. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering a size up and gently filing them down.
