This is a benefit can badge from the Japanese character dessert shop, Preroll.

It was a special benefit for purchasing the Tamuji Holo Cake (priced at 5,103 yen), which is now rare due to a sales suspension of all Gachia Kuta desserts since July 21st.

This item is being sold at a reduced price due to a manufacturing defect (see 3rd photo).
