### Design Options:
* Available Shapes: Ballerina / Square.
* For designs other than our standard offerings, 100% identical replication may be difficult. Please consider this when ordering.

### Ordering Process:
* Orders are processed directly via chat, not through secure payment platforms.
* After placing your order, please provide your shape preference and nail sizes for each finger (left and right hands).
* Example: Left Hand 3-6-5-6-9 / Right Hand 3-6-5-6-10

### Production Time:
* All nail tips are handmade.
* Production typically takes 2 to 7 days after payment confirmation. Please allow ample time for creation.

* Alcohol Swab
* Adhesive Stickers & Glue

### Refund & Exchange Policy:
* Please note that refunds and exchanges are generally not possible for the following reasons:
* Incorrect sizing measurements.
* Change of mind.
* Minor dust particles that may occur during the handmade process.
* Damage incurred during use.

### Shipping Information:
* We offer two shipping options:
* Convenience Store Half-Price Parcel Service (₩2,000)
* Post Office Parcel Service (₩4,000)

**Important Note:** Due to the custom-made nature of this product, exchanges and returns are difficult. Color variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and screen resolution.

• 모든 제품은 수제 제작으로 진행됩니다.
• 결제 확인 후 최소 2일 ~ 최대 7일 정도 소요될 수 있으며,
