모든 제작 공정은 단 한 명의 장인,50년대 데님을 전문으로 담당하고있는 '카오르상‘의 손에서 이루어졌으며, 당시 사용했던 동일한 미싱과 봉제 방식으로 재단부터 마무리까지 수작업으로 완성,

체인스티치의 불균형이나 봉제의 미세한 어긋남까지도 당시의 분위기를 살리기 위한 의도된 디테일입니다.

사용된 원단은 Conners Sewing Factory에서 직조한 오리지날 16oz 셀비지 생지 데님으로, 첫 세탁이나 소킹 후 수축이 발생합니다.
