Introducing the premium Custom Grade Cap-Toe Oxford shoes (Consul) from Church's, a renowned British luxury brand (currently part of the Prada Group).

These Oxford shoes are a quintessential staple for formal wear, boasting a classic design. Crafted with the finest leather and meticulous finishing, they exude an air of sophistication.

These shoes have been sparingly worn, reserved only for significant events and formal occasions. They have been consistently maintained with expert shoe care.

The listed size range of 275-285mm may seem unconventional. The original shoe size is UK 10F, equivalent to 285mm. While the length measures closer to 285-290mm, the 'F' width denotes a slightly narrow fit. Considering average foot widths in Korea, these shoes are ideal for individuals who typically wear a 285mm. The length was intentionally adjusted for a more formal, dressy shoe silhouette. Please refer to the 7th image for details.

For context, I typically wear 270-275mm in dress shoes and 275-280mm in athletic shoes. As these Church's felt slightly large, a reputable cobbler reinforced the heel lining with two layers of stitching to prevent heel slippage and ensure a snug fit when laced tightly.

Please refer to the 5th image for the reinforced heel lining. This modification was done minimally to preserve the shoe's integrity. If desired, the reinforcement can be neatly removed by a cobbler.

Considering the heel reinforcement, the shoes fit like a 270mm (when laced tightly) to 275mm. Without the reinforcement, they fit as a 285mm.

The original leather soles have been protected with Vibram half-soles, and recently, both the front and rear sections of the sole have been replaced with new Vibram rubber, along with added steel toe protection.

Efforts have been made to minimize creasing, and the leather has been treated, resulting in a condition superior to that of a new pair.

일단 사이즈를 275~285mm 표기해둬서 당황스러우실텐데, 우선 신발본품의 기존 사이즈는 UK10F로 285mm가 맞습니다. 길이만 따지면 285~290mm인데 F발볼이 살짝 Narrow여서 국내 평균발볼 고려했을때 285mm신으시는 분이 정사이즈입니다. 드레시슈즈임을 고려해서 길이를 살짝 크게 맞췄습니다. 7번째 사진형태 참조바랍니다.

다만 제가 구두의 경우 270mm~275mm, 운동화 275mm~280mm를 신습니다. 그러다보니 신발 사이즈가 다소 컸고, 힐슬립 방지차 명품수선집에서 뒷쪽 힐에 라이닝 덧댐(안감)을 두겹으로 스티치해서 보강을했습니다. 예쁘게 꽉끈했을때 정핏으로 떨어지게끔 보강했습니다.

힐쪽 가죽안감 라이닝 덧댐은 5번째 사진 참조하시면됩니다. 최대한 신발에 영향없게 보강했으므로, 필요하시면 수선집에서 깔끔하게 제거 가능합니다

따라서 힐라이닝 덧댐고려시 270(꽉끈기준)~275 사이즈감, 천 제거시 285사이즈로 보시면되겠습니다.

밑창또한 홍창에 비브람반창으로신다가 최근에 앞뒤 비브람 새로보강하고 스틸토 보강까지 완료했습니다.
