Description
A Song Dynasty white porcelain ewer shaped like a flower. It evokes a feeling similar to Ding ware with its ivory color, lustrous finish, and subtle crazing. The base shows signs of wear and the patina of age, typical of an antique piece. While subjective, it is my conservative opinion that this piece is a Qing Dynasty imitation. Please examine the photos closely to make your own judgment.
