This is a 3rd issue 5,000 Won banknote graded EPQ 66, originally issued in 1983.

As shown in the photos, there are no stains or defects, and the paper is clean and neat.

To get certification from PMG in the US, it costs 40,000 Won and takes over 4 months, and it is difficult to receive high grades recently.
Therefore, it is advantageous to collect graded banknotes at this time.
