A large, heavy music box made in Germany in the 1950s, featuring the Cologne Cathedral.

This piece was later acquired from a French antique shop. When the lid is opened, a high-quality Swiss music box mechanism begins to play.

The main body is constructed from a substantial piece of iron metal, combined with the weight of the music box, making it exceptionally heavy. Winding the mechanism at the base will start the music, and closing the lid will stop it.

This is an exceptionally rare and large cathedral-themed music box.
