What is it?
We Buy We Ship is a proxy shopping service. We purchase items on your behalf from Korean online stores or second-hand marketplaces, receive them at our warehouse, and ship them internationally to you.
Why use it?
While many websites allow direct access, some Korean stores block overseas connections or decline international credit cards.
How it Works
Once you submit a request, our staff will review it within 1-2 business days and issue an invoice.
! Important Note
During the purchasing process, items may sell out or prices may change. If this happens, we will notify you by email with the next steps.

1. Invoice & Payment
Once your request is reviewed, an invoice will be issued via email and/or shown in your Dashboard, where you can complete payment.
*Note: The invoice is valid for up to 3 days.
2. Securing the Item
Our staff will confirm your payment and begin securing the item immediately after the invoice is paid.
3. Cancellations & Availability
Please note that orders may be canceled if:
- The item becomes out of stock.
- The sales period ends.
- The seller can no longer fulfill the order.
4. Arrival at Warehouse
When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a notification email. You can then view the received package under the In Warehouse section of your Dashboard.
