📋 Status Guide

🟠 Purchasing Stage

• Pending

  • The administrator is reviewing your purchase request.

  • For 'We Buy We Ship' or 'BunJang' items, we need to verify availability or negotiate with the seller. This step confirms if the item can be secured.

  • Depending on office volume, this review may take up to 1 business day.

• Invoice_Sent

  • The administrator has approved your request and issued the payment invoice.

  • Once we confirm the item can be secured, we will send you the invoice.

  • This total amount may include the item cost, shipping fee, and handling fees.

🔵 Warehouse Stage

• Awaiting_Package

  • Waiting for the item to arrive at our warehouse (Not arrived yet).

  • Your payment is completed, and we are waiting for the purchased product to be delivered to our facility.

  • If your order stays in this status for more than 1 month without any reason, it may have been lost or canceled without notice. Please contact our support team immediately.

• In Warehouse

  • Item successfully stocked into our warehouse.

  • The product payment and stock-in process are complete. Items are stored securely in our facility, and a free photo of your package's exterior will be provided on your dashboard.

  • Storage Policy: Items can be stored for up to 210 days (180 days free + 30 days paid). During the paid period, an additional fee of $1 per package/day will be charged.

  • If this period is exceeded, items may be disposed of without prior notice. We hold no liability or compensation for disposed items.

🟢 Shipping Stage

• Ship Service Request

  • You have requested extra services, but the payment has not been completed yet.

  • This stage waits for your service or international shipping checkout payment.

  • 💡 Tip: If you only want to apply extra services (like unboxing) and keep items in the warehouse without shipping them out, please pay the service fee and immediately contact our Customer Support Center.

• Prepare to Ship

  • Your package is being prepared for international dispatch.

  • This stage is divided into two detailed steps as follows:

    • Preparing: Service request and payment are completed, and our team is currently processing your requested services (e.g., unboxing, secure packaging).

    • Prepared: The requested services have been fully processed, and the international shipping fee has been measured and invoiced.

• Shipped

  • Packaging is complete, and the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

• Delivered

  • Delivery completed successfully.
