How the Shipping Process Works

1. Order & Warehouse Arrival

Purchase: Items are purchased via We Buy We Ship, You Buy We Ship, or Order For Me.

Arrival: Regardless of the purchase method, all items are delivered to the Hallyu4U warehouse in South Korea before shipping

2. Warehouse Holding

Secure Storage: Items are safely stored in our warehouse upon arrival.

Consolidation: We do not ship automatically. You can wait for additional items to arrive and request shipment when you are ready.

 

3. Shipment Preparation

Packing: Once you request a shipment, your items are packed for international travel.

Optional Services: Consolidation (combining orders) and repackaging services are applied at this stage if requested.

 

4. Final Measurement

Weighing: We measure the weight and dimensions of the final, packed box.

Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on the final package size/weight, destination, and selected carrier.

 

5. Shipping Payment

Invoice: The final shipping cost is issued after measurement.

Payment: Pay securely via the Shopify payment system, paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Your package is dispatched only after payment is confirmed.

 

6. Dispatch & Tracking

Shipment: Packages are shipped directly from South Korea.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number immediately after dispatch.

Delivery Time: 3–10 business days

Best For: Fast, reliable delivery with detailed tracking.

Available Countries: All K-Packet countries plus most of Europe, Oceania, Asia, and North & South America (including Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Turkey, Spain, and more).
