How the Shipping Process Works

1. Order & Warehouse Arrival

Items are purchased through one of our supported order methods:

  • We Buy, We Ship

  • You Buy, We Ship

  • Order For Me

Regardless of the order method, all items are delivered to Hallyu4U’s warehouse in South Korea before shipping.

2. Warehouse Holding

  • Items are safely stored at our warehouse until shipment is requested.

  • Orders are not shipped automatically upon arrival.

  • This allows customers to wait for additional items or prepare a shipment at their preferred timing.

3. Shipment Preparation

Before shipping, your package is prepared for international delivery:

  • Items are packed and prepared for shipping.

  • Consolidation, repackaging, and other preparation services may be applied upon request.

  • The final shipping package is determined at this stage.

4. Final Measurement

  • After preparation, the final package weight and dimensions are measured.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on:

    • Final weight and size

    • Destination country

    • Selected shipping method

5. Shipping Payment

  • Once measurement is completed, the final shipping cost is issued.

  • Payment is completed securely via the Shopify payment system.

  • Shipment proceeds only after payment is confirmed.

6. Shipment & Tracking

  • Packages are shipped directly from South Korea.

  • Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

  • Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination.

🇰🇷 Domestic Shipping (South Korea Only)

CJ Logistics / Korea Post

  • Cost: Free

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Available only for domestic addresses within South Korea.

🌍 International Economy Shipping

K-Packet (Korea Post)

  • Weight Limit: Up to 2 kg

  • Delivery Time: 3–6 weeks

  • Suitable for lightweight shipments.

  • Available Countries:
    Brazil, Canada, France, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

⚡ International Express Shipping

FedEx / DHL

  • Delivery Time: 3–10 business days

  • Faster delivery with detailed tracking.

  • Available Countries:
    All K-Packet countries plus most of Europe, Oceania, Asia, and North & South America
    (Including Germany, France, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Turkey, Spain, and more.)

Important Shipping Notes

  • All delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs processing or local courier conditions.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Shipping fees are based on the final measured package, not the original item weight.

  • Once a shipment is dispatched, changes to shipping method or destination may not be possible
