Welcome to Hallyu4u (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website hallyu4u.com, your Hallyu4u account, and all shipping-forwarding, warehousing, and related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hallyu4u.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal and shipping information

  • Comply with all applicable local, international, and customs laws

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Hallyu4u’s Service Description

Hallyu4u provides:

  • Package receiving and warehouse storage

  • Consolidation, repackaging, and handling services

  • International forwarding and shipping

  • Optional value-added services (photos, weight checks, video service, etc.)

Hallyu4u is not the seller of items you purchase from third-party marketplaces. We act solely as your forwarding agent.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All items you ship to our warehouse are legally purchased and lawful to export/import

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses

  • You will promptly request shipment once your package arrives

  • You will comply with all customs, import, and shipping regulations in your destination country

4. Prohibited Items

You agree NOT to ship or store any of the following with Hallyu4u:

  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials

  • Firearms, weapons, weapon parts, or ammunition

  • Live animals or perishables

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods

  • Lithium batteries not installed in devices, or damaged batteries

  • High-value jewelry, cash, or precious metals

  • Items prohibited by airlines, IATA, local export laws, or the destination country

We reserve the right to reject, dispose of, or report prohibited items to authorities.

5. Warehouse Storage Policy

  • Free storage may apply for a limited number of days (as listed on our website).

  • After free storage expires, storage fees may apply.

  • Items left unshipped for over 90 days may be discarded or liquidated without refund.

  • Hallyu4u is not liable for loss or damage of items stored beyond the free storage period.

6. International Shipping & Customs

You understand and agree that:

  • International shipping is subject to carrier delays, customs inspections, and external factors beyond our control

  • Customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and import regulations vary by country

  • You, the customer, are fully responsible for all customs charges and compliance

  • Declared values must be truthful; Hallyu4u does not alter invoice values

We do not guarantee delivery times, as carriers and customs agencies operate independently.

7. Shipping Insurance

Insurance is optional and must be purchased before shipment.
If you decline insurance, Hallyu4u is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during shipping or customs transit.

8. Address Errors & Delivery Failures

Hallyu4u is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Recipient not being available to receive the package

  • Local carrier delays

  • Customs seizure or rejection

  • Returned packages due to unpaid taxes or fees

Reshipping fees will apply for returned shipments.

9. Service Fees & Payments

All fees for handling, consolidation, repackaging, photos, special requests, or shipping are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.
You agree to pay all associated service fees before shipment.

Unpaid balances may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Package disposal

  • Collection actions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Hallyu4u is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Hallyu4u’s liability is strictly limited to the lesser of:

    1. The amount you paid for the Service, or

    2. The insured value (if applicable)

We are not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Third-party sellers

  • Courier services (FedEx, DHL, EMS, USPS, etc.)

  • Customs inspections or government agencies

  • Packaging conditions from the original seller

  • Losses resulting from prohibited items or false declarations

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You ship prohibited items

  • You create fraudulent or duplicated accounts

  • You refuse to pay fees owed

  • Your actions endanger staff, operations, or legal compliance

All outstanding balances must be settled before reactivation.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on hallyu4u.com—including text, graphics, images, logos, and design elements—is the property of Hallyu4u or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

13. Communications & Marketing

By using our Service, you agree to receive:

  • Transactional emails

  • Service notifications

  • Optional marketing emails (you may opt out anytime)

We respect your privacy; please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
