However, I must sincerely apologize as the stocking process is currently experiencing delays compared to our original schedule. To be honest, our team needed some time to adapt to the new Hallyu4U system, and we did not anticipate such a massive surge in orders in such a short period.

Fortunately, starting last week, our CEO, Mr. Moon, has assigned additional staff to our team, and we are also receiving support from other departments to speed up operations. We are doing our absolute best to resolve these backlog issues within this week.
