Subject: Guide to Free Storage Limits and Automatic Disposal Policy

Dear Customers,

At Hallyu4u, we understand that collecting your favorite items takes time. To support our "Combine & Save" service, we offer an industry-leading 90-day free storage period, allowing you ample time to consolidate multiple orders into one shipment.

Please review the detailed storage policy below to avoid unexpected fees.

📦 1. Free Storage Period (0 - 90 Days)

  • Duration: You can store your packages for free for up to 90 days from the date of arrival at our warehouse.

  • Cost: $0.00 (Free)

  • Benefit: Use this time to wait for pre-orders or combine purchases from different stores to save on international shipping.

💰 2. Extended Storage Fees (91 - 365 Days)

If a package remains in our warehouse after the 90-day free period expires, a daily maintenance fee will be applied to cover warehouse space.

  • Fee: $1.00 USD per package / per day.

  • Payment: Accumulated storage fees must be paid in full before a shipping request can be processed.

⚠️ 3. Maximum Storage Limit & Disposal (After 365 Days)

We cannot store items indefinitely. The maximum retention period for any package is 365 days (1 Year).

Disposal Procedure:

  1. Grace Period Notice: Once a package reaches 365 days, we will trigger a 2-week (14-day) Grace Period.

  2. Final Contact: During this grace period, our CS team will attempt to contact you via your registered email and dashboard to arrange immediate shipping or disposal.

  3. Automatic Disposal: If we do not receive a response or a shipping request by the end of the 2-week grace period, the package will be considered "Abandoned" and will be automatically disposed of (discarded).

    • Note: Hallyu4u is not responsible for any financial loss associated with disposed items after this period.

💡 Recommendation

We highly recommend shipping your items within the 90-day free window to get the best value. Please check your "My Warehouse" dashboard regularly to track the age of your packages.
