In celebration of the Lunar New Year, one of Korea’s most significant holidays, our team will be taking a brief break. Please take note of our adjusted schedule from Feb 14th to Feb 18th.

• Warehouse Services: Consolidation and shipping will be temporarily paused. Normal operations will resume on Thursday, Feb 19th (KST).
• Proxy Services: Good news! Our You Buy We Ship, We Buy You Ship, and Order For Me services will continue to be processed throughout the holiday.
• Customer Support: Our dedicated agents will be checking inquiries at least twice daily to ensure your needs are met.
