2. Shop Bunjang: Browse and add items to your cart on HallyuSuperstore.

3. Checkout: You must enter your Hallyu4U Suite Number in the address or notes field. This allows us to assign items to your account upon arrival

4. Pay for Items Only: Your total will include only the item cost. Local delivery to our warehouse is free.

Once your items arrive at the Hallyu4U warehouse, you will receive a notification. From your Hallyu4U Dashboard in You Buy We Ship Section

  • International Shipping: Choose between FedEx or DHL for worldwide delivery.

  • Consolidation: Combine Bunjang finds with other K-pop orders to save on shipping costs.

Note: Final shipping fees are calculated and paid on Hallyu4U once your items are weighed and packed.

By using the Bunjang service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read these carefully before purchasing.

1. No Cancellations or Returns

Due to the real-time nature of Bunjangโ€™s peer-to-peer marketplace, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we process payment to the seller immediately. We cannot reverse transactions, cancel orders, or offer returns.

2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

HallyuSuperstore reserves the right to cancel and refund your order if:

  • Sold Out: The item was purchased by another user before we could secure it.

  • Incomplete Listings: The seller used a "placeholder price" or requires private negotiations that cannot be fulfilled.

3. Authenticity Disclaimer

We act strictly as an intermediary. Because Bunjang consists of individual third-party sellers:

  • We do not guarantee the authenticity of any items (including signed goods or rare collectibles).

  • Purchasers assume all inherent risks associated with secondary market transactions.

  • Refunds will not be issued based on authenticity concerns.

4. Mandatory Hallyu4U Account

All shipping is handled by Hallyu4U. It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain an active Hallyu4U account. Failure to provide a valid Suite Number may result in significant processing delays.

5. Price Fluctuations

If a seller increases their price after your purchase but before we secure the item, we will contact you. You will have the option to pay the difference or receive a full refund.
