Guide: How to Use "Fulfilled by Hallyu4U" Shipping

A Step-by-Step Walkthrough for HallyuSuperstore Customers

This guide is for customers purchasing items from HallyuSuperstore (including Standard items, "Order For Me," or Bunjang requests) who wish to consolidate their orders at the Hallyu4U warehouse.

By selecting the "Fulfilled by Hallyu4U" shipping option, your items will be automatically routed to our warehouse for storage, consolidation, and international shipping.

Step 1: Get Your Warehouse ID

Before purchasing, you must have a unique Warehouse ID.

1. Visit hallyu4u.com and log in.
2. Locate your Warehouse ID on your main dashboard

Step 2: Checkout at HallyuSuperstore

1. Shop for your items on HallyuSuperstore.
2. During checkout, select "Fulfilled by Hallyu4U" as your shipping method.

Important: When this option is selected, your item is automatically routed to the Hallyu4U warehouse free of charge, regardless of the shipping address you enter during checkout.

Using a Different Forwarding Service? If you prefer to use a third-party forwarding service (not Hallyu4U), you are welcome to do so. However, please select the "Korea Post / CJ Logistics" shipping option.

Please Note: Since we have launched our own forwarding service, we no longer offer free domestic shipping to other Korean addresses. Standard domestic shipping rates will apply.

Step 3: Automatic Registration (You Buy, We Ship)

Once your order is placed, we will handle the registration for you.

1. Within 1 business day, your order will appear in your Hallyu4U Dashboard under Orders > You Buy We Ship.

2. The status of your order will be marked as "Awaiting Package."

Note: Please do not manually submit a "You Buy We Ship" form. Our system automatically registers these orders for you to prevent duplicates.

Step 4: Warehouse Transfer

HallyuSuperstore and Hallyu4U operate from separate warehouse locations.

1. Once HallyuSuperstore secures and packs your items, they are physically transported to the Hallyu4U warehouse.
2 Please allow time for this domestic transfer to occur

Step 5: Arrival & Final Shipping

When your package physically arrives at Hallyu4U, the status will change from "Awaiting Package" to "In Warehouse.

From here, you have full control:

Optional Services: You can choose from a wide range of add-on services, such as Consolidation or Fortified Packing, among many others.

Standard Processing: Select "No Service" for standard processing (no extra service fees apply).

Finalizing Shipment:

1. Our agents will measure and weigh your final package.
2. You will pay the international shipping fee based on this weight.
3. Enter your final destination address (Global or within Korea).

Summary Checklist:

[ ] Step 1: Copy Warehouse ID from Hallyu4U.
[ ] Step 2: Checkout on HallyuSuperstore using "Fulfilled by Hallyu4U".
[ ] Step 3: Verify order appears in "You Buy We Ship" with status "Awaiting Package."
[ ] Step 4: Wait for status to change to "In Warehouse" (after transfer is complete).
[ ] Step 5: Select services, pay shipping, and enter your delivery address.
