You securely pay for each stage—the items, the handling, and the shipping—before the work begins.

Our Three Steps
Step 1: Secure Your Items
We are currently offering a $0 Handling Fee for all shopping services! You only pay for the cost of your items and domestic shipping (if any). We do not add a service markup for purchasing or receiving your goods.
Step 2. Warehouse & Handling Services
Hallyu4U’s warehouse and handling services are designed to protect your products and efficiently reduce shipping costs. Please select only the services you need.
STORAGE
- Price: FREE for 90 days / box
- All incoming packages are stored free of charge for up to 90 days.
※ After 90 days: $1 / box / day
Photo Service
Price: FREE / box
Basic two arrival verification photos taken upon delivery to our warehouse.
(Package Exterior/ Shipping Label)
Detailed Photo Service
Price: $3 / box
An inspection service where the package is opened to verify the condition of the products in detail.

Video Service (Unboxing Video)
Price: $5 / box
We provide a video covering the entire process from unboxing to item organization (approx. 3–5 minutes).
This is the most reliable option for verifying the condition of your items
Consolidation
Price: $2 / box
A service to merge multiple packages into a single shipping box.
※ $2 is charged per additional box added to the consolidation.
Repackaging
Price: $3/ box
The package is opened to resize the box and reinforce cushioning to ensure it is suitable for international shipping.
※ 1 verification photo is provided upon completion.
Inclusion Service
Price: $2 / Base Fee /box + $1 / additional item
Save on shipping by keeping only essentials.
We unbox your items to exact photocards, postcards, and POBs, discarding heavy componenets like photobooks and CDs
Applicable Products: Albums, Photobooks, Season’s Greetings, MD / Package Goods
Billing Method The $3 Base Fee is applied when you request the service. Any additional item fees ($1/item) are calculated after unboxing and added to your Step 3 (Shipping) invoice.
Note: If a box contains only one album, no additional fee is charged.
POB Only
Price: Free / item
We extract only the Pre-order Benefit (POB) to be shipped. The heavy main item (Album, Photobook, Season's Greetings, etc.) is discarded (deserted) to minimize shipping weight.
Applicable Products: Albums, Photobooks, Season’s Greetings, MD / Package Goods
- Main Item: Discarded (Deserted)
- POB / Benefits: Extracted and shipped
※ This is the most effective option for lightweight shipping.
Extra Bubble Wrap
Price: $2 / group
Sufficient cushioning is added inside the entire final consolidated shipping box.
※ Please note that shipping costs may increase due to the added weight and volume.
Vacuum Packing
Price: $5 /box or group
Reduces shipping volume by compressing bulky items such as apparel, plushies, and blankets.
Reinforced Packing
Price: $5 /box or group
A maximum protection service where items are heavily cushioned and double-boxed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Priority Service
Price: $5 /box or group
All requests are prioritized and completed within 1–2 business days to ensure the fastest shipping preparation.
BILLING UNIT GUIDE
/ box : Per individual package arriving from a seller.
/ group : Per final consolidated shipping group.
/ item : Per individual product (Album, Photobook, Season’s Greetings, MD, etc.).
Step 3. SHIPPING
Once your items are consolidated and packed, we will calculate the final shipping fee based on your destination and chosen carrier.
1. Weight Calculation
Carriers charge based on Chargeable Weight (whichever value is higher):
- Actual Weight: The weight measured on a scale.
- Dimensional Weight: (Length×Width×Height)/5,000 (cm).
2. Easy Checkout
No manual math is required. Once your package is ready, you will receive a notification to complete your payment:
